*Please note that the Central Ohio Workforce Investment Corporation (COWIC) has partnered with Proteam Solutions to manage the eligibility application portal. The eligibility application is being used by COWIC to determine your eligibility for funded programs and is not an employment application. To participate in a Youth Workforce Services Program, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. To determine this eligibility, we will need information regarding household income levels, ethnicity, race, education, military participation and more. The Youth Workforce Services Program is made possible by funding from the following sources: Workforce Investment Act, City of Columbus, TANF, and others.

The following information is required to complete the eligibility application:
- Email Address: If you do not have an email address, click on a button below to create one.
- Social Security Number required for all participants. If you do not have a social security number, click on the button below to apply for a Social Security card.
- Selective Service Registration Number: Required for males 18 years of age or older. If you have not registered, click the button below to register.
